I had a fantastic time at Grand Park Royal Cancun! The beach is stunning with plenty of space for lounging, and I appreciated the attentive service from the staff. While I enjoyed the delicious food options, I did encounter some challenges with the dinner reservation process. Overall, it was a great experience balanced by a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun had its ups and downs. The check-in process was smooth, and our room in the Royal Tower was beautiful with a lovely view. However, our experience was marred by a frustrating encounter involving a timeshare presentation that felt more like a sales pitch than a friendly invitation. On the bright side, the service from our butler Angel and the staff was attentive, which made up for some disappointment in dining options and amenities.
